Share your fundraiser:
We had a lot of people come and shop through our page because we shared on Facebook, and that definetly helped raise awareness for our fundraiser. It's amazing how many people are willing to help when you have the ability to share easily!
12U Outlaws Baseball: Raised $6,554
Start early:
"Even though we promoted our fundraiser a lot more during Raise To Win, our team steadily shopped all year round for Cooperstown", said team mom Janine Urbano. "We were able to raise enough money to significantly help subsidize the cost of going to Cooperstown, and I'm so touched by all the people that shopped to support us."
Diamond Divas: Raised $5,311
Make sure it's a team effort:
Everyone on the team really contributed to our fundraiser. We had a great team of people that were involved in our fundraiser, and because we all promoted it, we had a lot more supporters coming through. It's nice that as the captain I didn't have to worry about the fundraising all by myself, everyone contributed.
Deaf Women's National Team: Raised $5,628
You never know who will share your fundraiser:
Hope Solo, goalie for the USA National Team shared our fundraising page, which really helped us gain exposure. It was such an amazing moment, and it really helped that we had our FlipGive page so that people could explore and see what we're about.

We found that we could effectively relay why we were raising money through our mission statement. Having it front and centre pumps up the team members, and being able to be constantly reminded of our common goal fuelled our fundraising.
